I need to find a freeware program that has video filters that will let me adjust and save the brightness of an mpeg video I have, and preferably can compress it to .WMV format so it will take up a lot less space.

All the ones I've found either don't work with .mpegs or are bad trial versions that add text to your video saying "buy this product!" Does anyone know of a specific program I can use?

    Thanks!

On second thought, it looks like VirtualDub will only save my mpeg as an .avi, which jacks up the file size tremendously :meh:
