Need help IDing a Carvin 5-string on ebay

    She's a beautiful looking bass, but I'm hoping to find out a little more about her before making a bid. It's being sold by a pawn shop, and I know I'll get a much more reliable answer here than messaging the seller. The ad says the serial number is 91091.

  2. That's an LB75. It has the piezo pickup (judging by the number of knobs) and a coil splitter for the humbucker. Not sure about the neck and body woods but the fret board is ebony. Nice looking instrument!

    Looks to be koa neck and body. Possibly mahogany, but I don't think mahogany usually has that much grain. Based on the tuners and bridge, I'm thinking early-mid 2000's
