Hello TB community. Any help or info will be appreciated.

I play solo bass with influences like Michael Manring, Victor Wooten, Yves Carbonne, Jeff Schmidt, etc. so I play lots of harmonics all over the neck and tapping and chords. I know that Jerzy Drozd has a great name, but unfortunately I am unable to try any. Soo I found this one USED online, but I wonder if the cavity for acoustics will help or not with me and my sound? I will also be using a thinner guage string.
So then I noticed this Maruszczyk bass, and it is beautiful. But I never heard of this bass or reviews. And this one is NEW. I found these instruments on luthieraccessgroup.com. I will try and post the basses on here. Thank you for your help friends.

Maruszczyk Sputnik 5a Custom Bass Guitar Delano 3 band preamp , Bassculture humbucker pickups Buckeye

    • P1250416.jpg
    Price: $3,500 ( N )
From the Maruszczyk workshop in Poland comes the new Sputnik , their top-of-the-line model.

    • Mahogany body , 9lbs , matte finish
    • Buckeye full top with matching headstock and pickup covers
    • Hard Rock Maple neck , 3 piece with runners , 34″ scale ,
    • Gabon Ebony fretboard and ramp
    • Set Neck design
    • Delano 3 band preamp with active / passive option
    • Bassculture humbucking pickups with 3 position coil select per pickup
    • Hipshot Ultralight tuners
    • ETS bridge , 18mm string spacing
This bass has really impressed me as a fine instrument with no weaknesses. Playability , tone , and appearance all get high marks from me. All components are top shelf , build quality is excellent. I’d put this bass up against a fair number of better known and more expensive basses in a blindfold test. Come on down, I’ll supply the blindfold.

OR have this bass shipped to you for your own blindfold test.

Jerzy Drozd Sequel V semi-acoustic bass guitar

    • P12307521.jpg

This is a 2007 build, in practically like new condition, out of the vault for your consideration.

    • Etimoe body with Flamed Maple top and headstock veneer
    • 35″ scale neck, 3 piece Maple with Ebony fretboard
    • Drozd split single pickups
    • Aquilar OBP-3 with passive tone, active. passive and mid select switches
    • Ultralight hardshell case
This bass has a unique voice, attributable to the rear bias of it’s two pickups and the semi-acoustic design.Quick attack with a rich voice.

A new bass like this now goes for slightly over $9K with a lengthy build time
