Purchased a Squire Jaguar SS and fell in love with the feel but not the performance. Up graded the electronics and bridge and de-fretted the neck. The sound turned out great but I’m not too impressed with the fret board. I’m looking to replace the neck stay fretless and maintain the 30” scale. Looked at Mighty Mite and Warmouth. I know squat about necks and their ability to adapt. Looking for help.

What is it you don't like about the neck?If you use the warmoth neck builder you can pick your own fingerboard from stock on hand.Looks like they start out around 180.Warmoth would be of high quality.I wish i could talk tommy at usa custom guitars into making short scale necks. My other wish would be a warmoth paddle headstock neckin a 30" and 32" scale.lets start a petition! We'l march on warmoth,oh never mind i'm in ny

CT myself, I’m waiting for them to wake up over there and call them. They say on their web site that the necks only fit their products. This is one of the questions I have regarding fitting a SS Squire
