I wasn't sure where to put this, so if this is off topic, apologies.

The band Mudvayne does a song called Severed and in the first 10 seconds into the song the bassist does a really cool solo, and for the life of me I can't figure it out. I've tried for months to do it and can't figure it out, i've asked and asked and this is the last place I haven't asked yet. So can someone please help me with this?

Get a timestretching program, e.g. Musician's CDPlayer to reduce the tempo while maintaining the original pitch.
This will help you in figuring it out.

I haven't got that cd so I can't transcribe it for you.
