Need help with DOD 565B circuit wiring

I was looking for a new project and bought a total basket case off tha 'Bay. It's a DOD 565B chorus/vibrato. Man the schematic for this one is non existent. I did find the regular 565.

I was seeing if anyone out there has one in full working condition. I need some pictures of the wiring to the potentiometers. I think the Speed A and B is ok. The Depth control is missing and there are 3 wires just hanging. This thing is apart in every piece imaginable and has been tinkered on before. I don't trust the current wiring.
