need help

    if i have a bass head can i put it with a guitar cab and how will it sound if i can?? please help

    What kind of bass head? What kind of guitar cab? You need to know how many watts the bass head is putting out, and how many watts the cab can take. You also need to know how many ohms the cab is, and what kind of drivers are in it. In theory, if all of that was kosher (we need more info so we can say "yea" or "nay"), yes, you could do that. But using a cab tuned for the bass is optimal.

    well the cab i was looking at was a behringer superstack and the head is a hartke 3500. the behringer is 8 ohms and im not sure about the hartke. i believe 8 ohms
  5. Yes you can but if you play a bass through it it'll sound pretty lousy for about an hour, or maybe a day or even a month and then eventually the speakers will blow up and smell bad. :eek:
