    Hi all,

I have a cheapo copy of a Hofner Beatle Bass (1963 model maybe). Does anyone know where I can get replacements for the tuning pegs?

They are the covered rectangular type (4 individual ones)

Any websites would be appreciated; I live in the USA.

Sorry I can't answer your question, but do you have the one like Les Claypool plays?!?!?!?!?!?! :hyper: :D :eyebrow:

My bass looks just like the one McCartney played. It doesn't have any label on it, so I don't know who made it. All I can see is the word "Japan' <G>

The bass is about, oh, 35 Years old, not good at all, but I busted one of the tuning pegs off and wanted to fix it.

BTW, I have 4 carvin basses and an essex, so I'm pretty well fixed for now.
