    Hellooo!

I'm making a database for my band of all venues/promoters etc in different cities so when we're looking to book gigs its easier for us.

What do you think would be the best way to go about it?

    Thanks!

Do you have a 'real' website? For things like this, we sometimes use a private Wiki page so that any of us can log on, view, edit, etc. Then there's only one copy to keep track of.

Well, wiki is a web based application so you kind of need a web host... you could run an Apache server off of a certain port on your home PC, but you're getting into router port forwarding, dynamic IP address issues, etc... probably more than you want to get into.
