have an Aria Pro II bass which I have owned for close to 20 years. I need some help in identifying the year it was made. I have checked out the Aria website (www.ariausa.com) but it would seem that it does not apply to my instrument.

The head stock as well as having "Aria Pro II" on it contains the following text -; "Specially designed & approved by Aria research development lab. Original custom body Pat No 55570"

On the rear of the head stock the number 30855415 is printed as well as a sticker saying "Made In Japan".

The Bass is a "Through Neck" model in a very dark blue, has 24 frets, 1 pick up, and a volume and tone control. There is a togle switch that changes to sound to a less Bassy sound.

I hope you'll be able to help me identify the date of manufacture

    Regards

    T on Y Brown
