need wiring help for an old kramer bass

Discussion in 'Pickups & Electronics [BG]' started by jcsbass, Aug 23, 2012.

  1. i posted about this a while back, but since then i've changed up the way i've configured it. anyway, here's what i'm trying to accomplish:

pickups: 1 p-bass pickup and one dual-j-bass humbucker thing (probably closest to a music man p/u i suppose)

    1 - volume (neck) - > 1 - on/off switch (DPTP)
    1 - volume (bridge) - > 1 - on/off switch (DPTP)
    1 - tone (both)
    1- output jack

the original setup had a three-way switch that allowed for tapping the bridge 'bucker. but i've since decided that i don't need that functionality. so instead i just want to have on/off switches on both of the pickups.

i've been trying to diagram this myself, but so far i've come up short. i'm hoping someone here can help. otherwise i may just wire it w/o the switches like my j-bass and be done with it.
