I just picked up a brand new 2009 Corvette Classic I found online, and I am having a little trouble getting it set up correctly. The action seems VERY high to me, but even after adjusting the Just A Nut,the saddles, and 3D bridge, I still get a lot of fret buzzing. The neck has a slight forward bow, like the manual recommends, but I can't seem to get the action low enough without having the buzz. I did find a few things online to try, including a nice youtube video from Warwick, but nothing I have tried has helped. Anyone have some guidance on how I can get my action a bit lower without having the buzzzzzzzzz? Thanks, JT
Hello, Thank you for your interest in Warwick! It seems you have tried almost everything in terms of making the proper adjustments to your bass. I'd try going for a totally straight neck by adjusting the truss rod a hair to the right. If this doesn't fix the buzz, I recommend sending your bass to our custom shop in New York, where we'll do a pro job at fixing your bass, and making it sing.
