Nice! Having owned the very nice sounding EBSHD350 and the LMII, I have a feeling the EBS won't be seeing much playing time any more. The LMII will put out much more sound into a 4ohm impedance, and will give you close to the EBS sparkle, but with much more control of the all important mids... the LMII is capable of much more punch IMO and IME. And, at half the size and weight... bonus!
