So, I sold one of my basses and for the life of me could not figure out what to buy next. I just got my Alleva-Coppolo and should have my new Valenti within a couple of weeks.

Well, I was really going back and forth between a fretted or fretless 4. Nothing too extravagant, just something that I really liked and that would suit me.

Well, here is what I chose...

    omega.

A mid 60's Omega. Pretty sweet, huh?

And it looks good no matter which of my basses I play!

(and yes, I know that the mods will move this but I thought a little fun on a Saturday wouldn't hurt...)

I used to play one of those.

Sounded way too clicky and thin for me.

WCB, you are a man of great style and taste. Shall we share a bottle of Thunderbird later? :)

You know, in the refrigerator in my office at MTV, I have a bottle of Thunderbird. No, I have never taken a drink - the smell will kill ya - it was a Christmas gift a while back. And I know what you are wondering, and the answer is yes; screw top.
