Pulse is already the name of a local band here in Scotland. Just thought i'd let you know. :)

There's already a Power Metal band called Wizard on SPV Records.

Personally, I thought Klarius was cool, but none of the others really caught my eye...

if your band's name is going to have a "mister" in it, make it "mister roboto."

I like Mr. Meaner and Big Zipper. I think a cover band name should be fun, not too serious.

whoops, i neglected to read the "cover band" part.

    reading is fundamental, kids.

i still say you should go with "mister roboto."

  10. Common Ground is a pretty cool name. Where did you come up with the names you have? They sound pretty cool. Our band has a story behind it that we can tell every one when we get out of Parke County. It's DownFly. But good luck with the band.

  11. " neutra ".. but be carefull that they don't mix it up with " neuter " (sp?)

  12. I like Tsunami and Riochet...

... you could always go by Sonic Death Monkey though. :D

  13. Hooligan has already been used...I've actually seen two bands with that name...it's an awesome name, but once again, used...Klarius was cool, though. That's what my vote is for, anyhow...

  14. :D

thanks so much for the replies!!!!!!!

please keep it up, your opinion is appreciated!!!!!!

by the way, i wanted the band to consider
    "mister funkyhead"

    and "bad monkey"

  15. I was going to post a similar thread.

The band I'm currently in (just me and some friends messing around really, we're all newbies to the instrument, with the most experienced being our guitar player at 6 months) is in need of an, ahem, school-appropriate name (apparantly, they wont let us play in the talent show under the name Harry Scrotum and the Taintastics. Hmph.) Any suggestions?

  16. That was the name of my last band. Plus there's some more bands by that name. You'll get accused of not being creative.....like it matters. It's a coooool name. Check out www.badmonkeyhouse.com

  17. mister meaner

won by a landslide among the other members and friends.

    away we go......

    :)
