New Bass Day! Gretsch 2202!

    Oh she's a sweet little thing. From the little bit I've played it there may be a very good chance the 2202 will usurp my beloved Bronco as No. 1 bass. Me so happy.:hyper:

    Good way to put it. I have to agree with Screaminglucy though in that thread on modifying a 2202 that it really wants some contours but if I do that it will probably be way in the future I'm gonna enjoy just like it is for now.

    I briefly owned Screaminglucy's modded 2202. It was a fantastic bass. The contours really helped, not to mention the paint job and pup upgrades. I regret selling it.

    Love the simplicity on those. 1 pickup and a couple of knobs, that's all ya need.
