Just got pictures from JD and my newest warrior should be done 1st week of January. Still has to make the wood pickup covers and fretting the ebony board. i love these basses better than anything I've ever played.
Will be Swamo Ash body, rosewood top, ebony fretboard and black hardware with matching wood knobs and pickup covers. Will also have his newest custom preamp and pickups.

Nice, really love the black hardware on this one. Love to hear what tones you get from this bad boy. Keep us inform when you get it.

Dude, that's sick. Is that a 3-piece or one-piece neck?

Very nice! I absolutely love the textured Ash body.

The closest I will probably ever come to owning a bass anything like that is my Dean...similar textured Ash body, but grossly mismatched pieces...:meh:

JD said that the body woods made this bass a very strong tonally bass. Will have plenty of lowend and punch. The new Preamp he used and pickups makes these basses so good. By far the best bass I've ever played. Should be a pair with my other Warrior Buckeye Burl I got from JD.

It finally came today and pictures doesn't do it justice. I absolutely love it and JD was right saying the Bottom end of this one is more Powerful. Plays like butter and so smooth. Here is a couple pictures of the twins to. Best basses I've ever owned.

Took sometime this evening to oil this beauty up. Hand rubbing and letting the wood soak it up I was able to truly admire the work JD done on this bass. Just the little details like the rounded Pickup cavities to the fretwork. It is simply a work of art that plays and sounds as good as anything I've ever been around.
