I Cant Wait! i always had a passive before and i think i will like this one even better!!!
whoa...what's that about?
Active EQ, or passive 2x vol/tone?
If they offer that with a maple neck.... GAaaaS!
I haven't seen one of these yet. REAL nice!
for everyone who doesn't know its a fender american deluxe precision bass, with an active EQ, lovely bass
would be even better with a tortoise shell PG
Congrats. Yes I think you will like the active electronics better. Even with tones set flat the sound is improved by the preamps conversion of signal to LoZ and little bit if signal boost it also gives imo.
Beautiful bass. Pre-gratz!
Nice new one...
it is active and passive and they do make a maple neck
butt i already have a white 2010 sting ray classic with a
maple neck and miss my p bass bad so now i will have both YaY!!
Happiness is a new bass! Enjoy, I had Chris Stambaugh build a bass for me last year.
Waited 9 months. it was like being pregnanat, I think!
that design gives you the best of both worlds with the electronics, and if you're missing your old p bass (that was a really great bass btw) this should do it all for ya! also i love white basses!
Precision basses are so nice. Yours looks very nice. A tort guard is essential to class it up big-time unless...
...you're using it for metal.
I'm just glad that Fender finally got a clue a few years ago and started putting the noiseless J bridge pickup in to match the P pickup instead of a single coil.
