You finally bought that SX 4 string jazz copy you always wanted huh? Congratulations.
Definitly one of those Daisy Rock basses.
No seriously, I just got off the phone with Brian B and it looks like JT is now the proud owner of this puppy:
We are so proud of you JT, taking car of a baby with special needs like that. Three cheers!
More like three pukes
your a tease!
I bet it's a ritter or a skjold or whatever they are called. So he FINALLY gets over Conklin
Who else here just read the thread subject and immediately thought "oooh boy"
*raises hand* ... what a strange community we are
It's a Ritter, I'll bet. He always said Ritters are the one bass that stood up to his Conklins. Ritter 7, anyone?
John sent me some of the newer Lord Only songs and I can tell you their sound has totally changed. Not prog any longer, now they are Lord Only and Cotton Moutain Bluegrass Revival Group.
His new Ritter wash tub bass will definitely give him sounds his Conklins never could nail.
Didnt he demo some ritters not long ago? Ill bet thats it.
John Turner: Master of the cliff-hanger.
Is it tomorrow yet from when he wrote this thread? It was written at 1:55 am, and I know I don't consider it to be tomorrow until I've gone to bed and woken up
I can't picture John straying from Conklin..it would be like Mr. Clean endorsing Pinesol, the Energizer Bunny endorsing Duracell, or the Olsen Twins endorsing Hungry Man Dinners....it just wouldn't seem right..
ARRGH!!!!!!!! You cur!!!!
Did you give jerry seinfeld his shirt back?
I will guess it's going to be either a Ritter, a Drozd, or a LowEnd Jazz.. 7 string of course..
