Anyone that read this thread: http://www.talkbass.com/forum/showthread.php?t=147513 will know that i was doing alot of soul searching on a new bass. Eventually I decided to blow the cash on a Pedulla Rapture - This puts me in a rather exclusive club in England, but i like that! Its a 2001 Rapture, bought for recording and has lived in the case for the past 3 years. BODY MATERIAL: Soft Eastern flame maple NECK: Bolt-on, Single flatsawn hard Eastern maple SCALE LENGTH: 34 inches FINGERBOARD: Birdseye Maple NUMBER OF FRETS: 22 INLAY: Mother of Pearl, 5mm dots NUT: Bone TRUSS ROD: Single rod, double-acting adjustable with two stiffening bars STRINGS: .045, .065, .080, .100 WEIGHT: 8 pounds 1 ounce HARDWARE: Chrome BRIDGE: ABM machined brass MACHINE HEADS: M.V. Oh, - I understand what you all talk about when you meantion GROWL now - haha! And here are some gratuitous pictures; I think its pornographic, but then - Im biased. Thanks for looking, and if you've got any questions/comments then post away.
