Reminds me of a Zon Hyperbass...

Fodera eh? Not bad. What kinda guts does it have? (Wooden(?) pups and 3 switches?)

How does she handle? With that "headstock extened" B, do you think/find there's any increase intension, like Fodera claims?

    And, hey, cute kids!

    Wow! Congrats!!! That's beautiful!

It's pretty close to my dream bass (Matt Garrison 6)!

    Very nice, onebassplayer!

I thought that my GAS was cured, but that thing is making me crave a Fodera.

    Hey Brendan....
Horse Chestnut top with an Alder body (my preference for bass bodies). The Pope preamp is set up like this:
Volume and Shape (or whatever the hell you call it) - concentric knob.
    Mid Sweep
    3 Switches - Pream on/off
    Single/Double Coil

This one does not have the extended low B, but the Foderas I have played with the extended B haven't been much different that this one. I own a 4 & 5 Fodera in addition to this one, but this one sounds and plays much better. Don't know if it's the single cut away or not, but man this thing is a player. I was actually suprised ! !

Nice catch. I love the top on that bass. I'm also curious about the diff between preamp on/off and passive / active.

If I'm not mistaken, preamp on/off turns the sound on or off.

Man that is a real nice bass. I think you should donate your other two foderas to the support Jim as he makes his bass career in college fund :) :)... all donations welcome... esp.... another MM stingray or sterling. FODERA, alembic, Peavey cirrus.. Zon.... a Zon fretless..... oh anybass will do. nothing will be turned down :)

Thanks alot Onebassplaer! I was just beginning to kick my bass porn problem, then you up and do this! You'll be getting a therapy bill. Cute kids, too. My 8 year old son tells people that he too, has a Warwick deal. Ah kids. :)
