I just traded my Fender RB 5 for a Mike Lull MV 5.
The Lull is really awesome. I can't believe how much difference in the fit and finish, and it is much lighter than the Fender. The guy I traded with had a Sadowsky 5 and a Reverend Brad Houser 5. The Lull is very close to the Sadowsky. The Sadowsky had a slight advantage in tone but not $1500 dollars worth in my opinion. I was blown away with the Reverend. The tone and the neck was great. For the money the Reverend was the most impressive bass I have played. Later I tried a Modulus Quantam 5 and it was really nice. I put it on my wish list. I am glad I had the oportunity to try out theses great basses. You can't go wrong with any of these fine instruments.
