  4. I'm in with an order for a CN112 to compliment my HD112. The HD210 is going up for sale.

Let us know how that combo works out! I'm considering buying an HD112 to pair with my CN112. Great sounding cab but I feel like it's missing the low end "slam" of the HD.

I have the HD112 and it's just great. I can do 95% of all my gigs with it and my markbass f1-500. Just even across the spectrum. All the low end you need.:bassist:

  9. Throughmylens, I started with the 210 and bought the HD112 for the exact reason you're considering a HD. I find myself leaving the 210 at home as the 112 can handle most of my gigs and I like the sound of the HD112 over the 210. But with that being said. The 210 and 112 combo also provides a great sound. Which brings me to moving the 210 for the CN112. The 27 lbs is the deal breaker.

still happy with my AE212, very happy with my NV115, and thinking the HS210 is due for a swap out to a CN112.

I am really liking the CN112, now gasing for a second CN112 or a CN212 but I don't think the Mrs will allow that.

Are you planning to run both cabs for big gigs?

Reason for asking is that I bought an HD112 to supplement my AE212 for outdoor stuff etc; and I'm not totally thrilled with the way those play together. Sounds good and gets the job done; but, the voicings aren't so complimentary.

OTOH, could be the vertical stacking and up close eval. I haven't gotten out in a big house to hear how they project. Maybe just need more time with the tweeks.
