  1. So I added a fretless yesterday, a Capelli 6 fretless. It is purple, with Maple body, flamed maple top, flamed gaboon ebony board and maple neck.
A single bartolini pickup with vol and tone. It sound good, review to come later! :hyper:

My first fretless, it sounds great and fell very good to play. I ever tried to play songs, can be hard sometimes, but very interesting.

That's an interesting body shape. Did you come up with it?

  5. Hi sorry, I don't get it!
Do you mean if I designed the bass?
If so, the answer is no, that's the "official" body shape of Capelli Basses...

    Thanks
    Vince

I like it. It's a little BC Rich, a little Rick, a little ESP F series.

    I'd hit it.

Cool! Reminds me of a not-lame version of the Warwick Vampire.

    Personally, i'm not a fan.
If you rounded off the edges a bit, i'd be my favourite bass!

    Congrats!

  15. Héhé!
No they're not really expensive, around 2600€ for a fretless 6, this one is used, so less expensive. :smug:

    Thanks major!

    Lovely trio.

I agree that the JP looks terrific. A real pity he´s no longer building basses. Enjoy them !!

Hang on tight to that JP! It's bound to be a real collectors piece one day...maybe. It's gorgeous and I think it's the best headless design ever bar none. I love the other two also!

I thought the headless would be my favourite, but then I spotted a chrome bridge! however, that F Bass looks stunning, and I'm not usually partial F bass!
