More questions about my new 2003 MIA Fender.

When switching between parellel and series (both pickups all the way up) it seems like the parallel setting is not only a lot more bassy but louder.

    anyone think so?

my concern is playing on stage i may wack out the mix by switching back and forth.

  2. If it is louder and bassier, it is the series setting not the parallel setting. If the switch indicates that it is the parallel setting that is louder/bassier, it is wired incorrectly.

    yeah i'm backwards.....but same question.

  4. That's the whole point of the series/parallel option! I use the series setting 90% of the time on my Reverend...I love that big thump!

yeah i just didn't know it was going to be that big of a difference. like i said it seems like if i switched in the middle of a show it would throw the mix way out of wack.

  6. No doubt!
