    New envelope filter from SGFX!

The SGFX website says "the Funk-lite a pedalboard friendly envelope filter derived from our highly successful Funkzilla design..."

I'd like to see another demo before buying one as the Funkzilla sounded pretty thin, and I've seen that posted here on TB as well.

Same type of bass demo from SGFX as well (c'mon, change it up! stop the layered demos!)

Pre-release pricing is $148.75, regular price is $175 (USD)

(I have absolutely no affiliation with SGFX, I just love their products)

That's not the only funky purple box out this week!

Does the indicator on the left actually hang off the edge of the pedal?

    Kinda shabby.

Although inspired by the Funkzilla's filter section, the Funk-lite has its own tuning.

Regarding the indicator, i'm not sure what you mean.

    Cheers,

    indicator.

Maybe its just an artifact of the greenscreen(?) process.

pedalboard friendly? But the jacks inputs are on the sides, not the top...:banghead:

Did I really miss this pedal until now?
    Sounds like it's good!
But sockets on the top would have been nice.
    Still...tempting!

I'd have liked for it to go into more details as to the range of each pot and how all three interact as well as a clearer demo of the toggle switch.

-I am also wondering; would one be able to re-house it with the sockets facing forward...it's the same question I have in regards to the barbershop OD. :)

Anyone remember the band Dag? They were this 90s band that mixed funk and soul. The first song in the demo reminded me a lot of the sounds that were on their debut record.
