New Gear Day

    With no where to go and nothing to do I've been saving my pennies and put them all towards new gear for when the gigs come back. A 2020 fender Pro Am II jazz bass in Miami blue (I swore off buying anymore fenders but I'm a sucker for a good blue), a 2020 Aguilar SL410 In royal purple, and a tech 21 bass DI pedal. Of all the gear I've bought over the years I wish I would've bought this pedal 10 years ago.     Love the look of that cab! Great color!

    Would have chosen a different finish for the Fender, but I am sure it's a fantastic instrument.

    What makes that Tech21 so special to you?

    i'm with @SgtHulka --- the purple cabinet is somethin' else!

    you've got a lot goin' on there, OP: it looks like you're ready for the next wave! congrats on all of your new acquisitions! :thumbsup:

    What can I say, I love the Miami blue. I wanted a maple fretboard but they don't offer that option.

    The tech 21 just helped me reach a tone I've been after. Some grit, nice bright sound without losing any lows. Sounds stellar with my passive basses.
