new highway one!!!

    so ive been looking for a new bass for this christmas. i was at gc and was thinking about a mim deluxe. but i went to a shop today and played a highway one...and it should be in my hands when the 25th comes around =]

    the setup wasnt that good so the tech there set it up/ cleaned it up for me before he even knew if i was buying it! once it was set up it played amazing.

    im really excited to actually get it. it is the red bass with a white pickguard.

    I think that (the white one) is my favorite Hwy. One. That color must be relatively new, since I only started seeing them recently. A sweet looking bass, for sure...

    Best bass in the Fender line by far for the $$ besides the MIM 50's reissue which is killer. I had one heck of a time deciding on an older Hwy1 and the reissue...i bought the re-issue to much mojo in the looks and sound. But the hwy ones are great i still want one.
