Got my new five string Jazz bass. Woo hoo.
Now watch me stuff up the attatchments.
Well I'll be, it worked!
Here's some more.
NICE!! Dude, I swear, that is my favourite headstock of all time, Fender's 4+1... Nice one.
Gorgeous! Is that a MIA one?
Very nice! I'm a big fan of maple fretboards on Jazz basses!
Hey, I'm getting one of those in a few months =D, except in amber/tort pickgaurd. Therealthing, its a MIA Deluxe
Sexy bass man, looks awesome! loving the finish! Congratulations!
Sweet, very sweet! Congrats!
Looks very nice matehows it play?
Thought it might be - thanks for the confirmation.
I'm GASsing hard for a Jazz 6, may have to get one made at some point.
+1! Congrats on the bass! How does it play?
i agree, fender did well on their 5string headstocks. my favourite, with sadowsky a close second. what happend to g+l, why did they go from the nice 4+1 to the really ugly 3+2?
vey nice bass and have fun with it.
nice bass, i hope you enjoy that beautiful fretboard.
Nice!!! Love the color!!
congrats! i am in love with the Am Dlx Jazzes- i just got an older one and it is awesome, and i am looking for a newer one as well, hard to find even here in the US- fantastic bass! bet it sounds great.
Not Much time to write now, but yeah she's a ripper. American deluxe model, Ash body with maple board obviously (same as my stingray 5). Sound makes me giddy. (Sound is very much not the same as my stingray 5! )
Second gig tomorow.
Hey congrats. I got the same model (2004 MIA Deluxe V). Mines black with a maple board about 6 months ago. Its easily the most versatile bass I've ever used. In fact I chopped in my SR5 for it with no looking back. Stick some Lo Riders on it, it gets even better!
Am I the only one who prefers the the five-in-a-line (5+0) design?
Still a great instrument though!
I was ing over the exact same bass a couple days ago! I love that maple fb with the sunburst. I also dig the Hipshot String Retainers on the headstock, makes it look super classy. Great choice and enjoy it for me, as I will probably never have the opportunity to own one myself.
Does anyone else find that the maple fretboards look INCREDIBLY comfortable?
