Hi, I share some pics of the building process bass for my endorser Fernando Lamadrid. The bass is our version of a classic Jazz Bass but with some extras: -flamed maple top over swamp ash body -3 pieces maple neck and indian rosewood fretboard ( flamed maple binding and inlay blocks ) -Two Lorita custom split coil pickups with ebony wooden covers - OPB-1 preamp with passive tone -Amber finish I hope you like it. Xavier Lorita, Lorita Basses.
HI Clark. You can see youtube video ( ). Look for Fernando Lamadrid , "La casa de las notas escondidas".
I'm wondering about the thin black line around each of the maple blocks in the fretboard. Is it black epoxy? CA glue? ebony or black-dyed veneer? It's a very nice effect!
Beautiful Bass And Great Playing. I Like How You Did Not Use An Accent Line Veneer Between The Top And body.
Really nice basses Xavier, it would be lovely if you could post some more pictures of your basses. I´ve seen more on your facebook page and I liked what I have seen. Un abrazo!
Hi people. If you wish you can check out more basses at facebook ( loritabasses ). We're still working on new website. Thanks.
