New pickups for ska sound

    Most ska bassists have a nice deep tone. Heres what ya do....

    Turn the p-pickup all the way,turn the jazz pickup all the way down. Go to your amp and turn the treble at about 1/2,then the bass 3/4, and whatever else you have on it i dunno. If you still dont like the sound, mess around with the controls more. if you still dont like it then go buy new strings.if you still dont like it then i dont know what to do!

    flatwound strings are also really nice for ska. Might want to try some out if you want that deep smooth tone.
