I was looking around my computer & on TB for a nice picture of my Sadowsky Vintage 4 & I couldn't find any. So I took a bunch so I figured I'd post them here, again. LOL!!!! <img src="http://www.talkbass.com/photopost/data/501/14993Sadowsky_V4_C.JPG">
Yeah, I wanted to refinish it in '59 Burst but I deceied not to. I just bought a '59 Burst Sadowsky RB5 that quenched my GAS for that color.
I still have that pic but the quality of the pic isn't that good. <img src="http://www.talkbass.com/photopost/data/501/14993Sadowsky_V4_H_Jason.jpg">
Nino I am counting down the days till i join the sadowsky club mid december, hows your new RB5. I just thoght you should know that 24 fret 5 string sadowsky you have is some looker.
The RB5 has become my main bass since I got it. It's been to every rehearsal (~10) & gig (2). I did just pull the 24 fret 5 out of the case & I played it on my couch for a few minutes & it is still by far the best bass I've ever owned or played in my life. When you come to pick yours up, let me know & I'll bring a few of mine into work with me.
Thanks Nino I would like to see and play your 24 fret and your standard 4, that is some top and finish on it. Whats your next Sadowsky going to be, I am sure you have an idea in the works
I haven't deceided yet. It's either going to be a Warmoth (AKA-Valenti Bass) or a Sadowsky, meybe another Tokyo. But it will be like this. -Vinatge 5 string -Ash body -Morado board -LakePlacid blue with matching h/s -Mint green p/g -Chrome hardware Kinda like the Vintage 4 I owned & traded away. <img src="http://www.talkbass.com/photopost/data/501/14993Sadowsky_LPB_V4_3a.JPG">
