Now that I have sold the SKB-3006, I can pay for the SKB-3005 I want. For now, I'm looking to have a SKB-3005 made with:
    • Swamp Ash body
    • This Walnut top
    • Birdseye Maple fretboard
    • Nordstrand PUPs
    • Demeter Preamp
    • Diamondwood nut
    • Standard string spacing, length and frets
    • Extra Roscoe Mojo
Here is the top Gard has reserved for me:

Congrats on the new Chapter in the Book of Roscoe! That walnut is absolutely nUtZ!!

I would think you'd have mixed feelings about selling that 6. That was a very sweet piece.

    As the owner of 2 SKB-5's I think you'll be really pleased.:D

Oh, Bob...that walnut top looks good enough to eat! Can't wait to see that puppy completed! Nice specs, too.

They price on a scale, depending on how many Roscoe you already have. The more Roscoes you own, the MORE they put in for LESS money......right Gard?:D

    Hey Bob!
    Congratulations my man!
    That's going to be a killer Roscoe!:bassist:

Are you going with the gloss finish on the walnut? A piece that nice sure looks classy with a satin or oiled finish....just a thought!;)

Check out the Gecko I did with a oiled walnut top.

That top is OFF THE FREAKING HOOK! Is it just me, or have Roscoe's take on a new level of chic, custom coolness since Gard came on board? Seriously, Gard, you are kicking butt over there. Well Done man! Gary

Thanks for the comments guys. Yes, selling the six string gave me mixed feelings. It's here in my office today, and I'm going to the pack and ship store as soon as I'm done with office hours to ship it to Ryan.

I don't have a build time yet, but I am working with a couple of dealers to work out the details. As soon as that is done, I'll let you guys know when I might expect it. I'm not in a huge rush as I have my Ibanez 4 Fender lawsuit copy to hold me over for my fretted needs. Besides, I play the fretless Roscoe I have 90% of the time.

Gonna be a beauty with that top :)
  17. The mojo is a standard feature, always has been. Extra mojo upon request.

The wait will be until late July or early August most likely, that is when we have open production delivery slots.

Gary, I can't take credit for that really...the only affect I might possibly be having is keeping Keith more focused on building and less on managing, letting him find the killer woods and make the stuff that much better.

Having seen the fretless single cut 6 you sold through Bunny Bass in person, I will take that as a very high compliment on that top. That bass still gets talked about 'round here.

Bob, we're glad we were able to score that top for you, now we're looking forward to building it! :)
