Well, it's completed and will be in my hands tomorrow. You may or may not like the look of buckeye, but I love it and am thrilled with the look of this bass.

Special thanks for Roger and his great team for taking on this project.

I'll give you the full run down in a couple of weeks when I can finally get it out of my hands! ;)

BTW, what is your address, what time do you leave for work, and what kind of locks are on your doors and windows?

I gotta admit I was never a fan of the spalted, but that buckeye is awesome. Jeezus.

I'm not much of a fan of buckeye, but I've got to say that that is a very nice looking bass! I like the way that the amber-coloured part of the wood extends along the upper horn.

That is quite possibly the most beautiful Sadowsky I have ever seen. Nice. ;)

Congrads Jeff, i am very happy for you that you are getting this really great bass now. It was really cool seeing this bass in it's first stages at Christmas when i was picking up my first Sadowsky. Enjoy Jeff :) :hyper: :bassist:

Oh, that's yummy, Jeff. I love buckeye burl myself, and it's very interesting to see it on makes where I've never seen it used before, as opposed to Elrick and others who use it on a regular basis.

Now, if only it'd had a blank ebony board, it would have been perfect. ;)

Damn it Jeff. You gotta stop. You give me gas with all those nice basses (and I'm too poor to do anything about it!)

    Really, really pretty.

You need to let me play it soon.
