New Speaker Advice for a Sunn 412LH

    Hey Fellow Bass Nerds,

    I have a 412LH cab with a few blown speakers and want to replace them with something that uses more watts, but still have that warmth. I was thinking of using the eminence pulse 300s, since i have a cab with them as well, but there might be something that sounds softer. Would love to hear some ideas and input! The photo is old and there are new cabs to go with it.

    Hey Paul, do you mean Celestion Pulse 300's? That's an oddly configured cabinet, probably not a lot of people familiar with it unless you post in the Sunn owners thread. You can always call US Speaker to discuss the replacement with them. Rather than going through the route of learning all about speakers and cabinet design, which still seems incredibly daunting to me, they will runn the parameters and get you some reasonable options.
