IMG_1199.JPG Can't find this on the Squier site, or Guitar Center.

    Played this today.

    New for 2018, I suppose?
Anyone have more info on it?
Anyone know if they're gonna keep making the 70's CV P bass?
This just a GC limited run?

It played great, was setup well, and I was so tempted to put it on lay away.

I've seen it too. I'm thinking it's likely to be a last minute addition to the Classic Vibe 70's line before it retires. Musician's Friend did a similar thing with the 60's CV Precision just before it was replaced. In that case, it was a bronze edition (third from left).

Grab it while you can. I’m sure it won’t last long. Great color on a great bass.

Probably a limited edition of some sort, I can't find it anywhere on Fender Dealer website. Grab that puppy!

    Looks great!

The Squier website is abolute rubbish though so no surprise it's not there. Products are available in stores long before they show up on the Squier website and it's practically impossible to find anything you're searching for without being redirected to the Fender website for the 99th time. Come to think of it, the Fender website is rather poor too, navigation is hopeless, the search/filtering function is extremely poor and it takes an unreasonable amount of effort to find what you're actually looking for. Practically every online dealer has a better way of searching for Squier/Fender products than the Squier/Fender websites.

Fender website is horrible, I agree. Navigating is a pain in the ass and hardly works. I'm using their dedicated dealer portal though (since our store is a Fender dealer), which works fine and has all the new models listed.

Might be the pic, (or me) but it's that surf green? - Not that it truly matters that much, either way looks great. Buy it!!

    I love it.
Sea Foam and Shell Pink are my two favorite vintage colors.

Is it possible that it was refinished? I've seen a few refinished CV Jazz basses.
