I finally have some pics of my new bass. Just got it this past Friday. Came setup fairly well, but I'm it taking to my luthier to have it setup properly to my playing style. It has steel strings, but I prefer nickel plated. So, those have got to go. Anyway, everyone's always bragging about their new basses, but now it's my turn!

    More pictures here.

After I have it setup, I'll post a review. Based upon a search, there's a serious lack of Brubakers on the forum. (Brad Johnson doesn't count... ;) )

That is a very hot bass. Where did you get it?

A trade with someone in Michigan. Not sure if he's a Talkbass member or not. The bass I traded was the Benavente on the "sold basses" page.

EDIT: I should really learn to proof read... I've edited this post like 6 times. :)
  5. Great looking bass. I haven't seen a Brubaker I don't like yet.

Wenge. I'd say it mellows the tone a bit, but not as much as my other bass which has rosewood. Still has some bite.
