  2. Because Photobucket has chosen to in effect "take down" everyone's photos (unless you pay them), we have extended post edit time in the Luthier's Corner to UNLIMITED.  If you used photobucket and happen to still have your images of builds, you can go back and fix as many of your posts as far back as you wish.

Note that TalkBass will host unlimited attachments for you, all the time, for free ;)  Just hit that "Upload a File" button.  You are also free to use our Media Gallery if you want a place to create albums, organize photos, etc :)

New toy!

I was going to try and make my own thickness sander like Hambone's, but my wife said forget it, just go buy one. So I said...

    ...OK! :D

I just got one of these on Saturday, and have been a sawdust-making fool ever since. Man, is this thing gonna save me a lot of time!

  2. Ain't it the greatest??

I've used mine for sanding and thicknessing blanks and even thicknessing complete bodies after shaping. I also use it for making veneers and thin pieces for coverplates etc.

    Enjoy!!

    Thanks!

Only 10" wide, otherwise looking great! (I need 300mm single width to be truly satisfied)
