Newbie question about SR300DX knobs

Hi, I bought a used Ibanez SR300DX bass which has stacked treble boost/bass boost knobs. I noticed that the treble (the top one) slides right off. (In fact, if I hold the guitar upside down, it'll just fall off.) Is it supposed to be this way? Or if not, is this an easy thing to fix? Or should I send it back?

Thanks for any help in advance!!

    Tighten the screw on it.

Look at the knob all around untill you find a small hole. There should be a tiny screw in there which can be screwed in and out with tiny allen wrench.
  4. If the setscrew is missing, you'll need a new knob.
You can order them from a lot of different websites, or just contact Ibanez.
