Stereotypes? Canadian? I thought all Canadians ate raw meat, rode in dogsleds and lived in Igloos...

ok not really.. actually, I have been told by my Canadian friends (some from as regions as exotic as Shelbourne) that I really am Canadian, and I need to come home as quickly as possible..

Maybe it's cause I actually liked poutine the first time I ate it?

Ok, what the hell is poutine? All those Canadian guys I talk with on a hockey forum are always talking about it. Is it like tripe? Maybe head cheese?
