See the latest Bass Player Magazine?
Anyone else think their choice of cover artist
(bassist/"art photographer" for "Phish") to be a
    bit poorly timed?
How many month's in advance do they prepare these
Hasn't he been brought up on charges-
or was having his *** kicked by bikers enough?

Charges dropped. From what I've read from several articles I believe that it was a misunderstanding.

You're referring to Guitar World's Bass Guitar, not Bass Player. The latest issue of BP is the 15th anniversary...

All that means to me is this-
The burden of proof is on the prosecution.
Why are the "presumed innocents" incarcerated(sometimes) with no bail?

    What happened to Mike Gordon?

I get it. You don't like Phish. But thats cool. They seem to be a little under talented and over popular. But just because someones in the limelight doesn't mean they deserve to be taken down... But then again, THAT is the American way!:)
