I went 1-3 last week so what do I know.

But I'll take Philly and New England and another Pat's SB victory.

  2. The Eagles continue to perform above expectations. Foles playing up to his potential and getting it done. I'm riding that wave as far as it goes.

I keep hearing how well JAX matches up with NE. Only seeing it would make me believe. Dat Jags defense tho...

This has been one of the most competitive post-seasons I've seen in a long time. Really amazing talent and efforts on display, many close games and some truly exciting, eye-popping stuff. I gotta say, the NFL delivered this season. Every team that made the post-season belonged there, and no shame to those eliminated.

Since the Steelers embarrassed themselves with bad play calling and lost yesterday, I would like to see one of the remaining teams (Philadelphia Eagles, Jacksonville Jaguars, or Minnesota Vikings) that have never won a Super Bowl get one.

Maybe the Jags have another win in them. I don't see it, but those guys have the swagger they need to pull it off.

In keeping with the whatever is best for NE is what will happen, Philly and New England.
Philly having eliminated the hometown Vikes will do the impossible and give the Pats a virtual home crowd.

Philly players will be watched like a hawk in Minnesota and I predict a few get arrested for jaywalking or tearing the tags off furniture.

Just seems to me like there's

    Brady

    Then there's 3 average-decent QBs.

    Edge: New England

Keenan has proven to be more than average the last month. Aside from that I'm with you.

However, Brady = 1 person versus a defensive unit who are going to put a hurt on someone. Also they are good at doing what the Pats have been so good at doing for years now. Take away your best weapon and still have enough to cover the rest well. It pains me.... to no end, but that Jags unit has made a believer out of me. I still think Bortles is a hot mess, but that defense is impressive.

I have the Jags in an improbable win and the Vikings berserking their way to the Superbowl.

I wont watch any of the games after the officiating crapped the bad yet again, but that's my guess. I'm pretty well done with the NFL.

The Titans hate their fans. Vrabel? Really? Dude stole beer from a Casino and hasn't shown much in the way of coaching acumen since inheriting the DC job in Houston. I get that last year was a wash, their two best players down on defense and Watson out. Still, he hasn't shown anything. I would rather them bring back Jim Schwartz than hire Vrabel. Honestly.

I thought I'd hear some news out of Pittsburgh by now about some coaching changes.

Eagles continue to find a way to be effective without Wentz. I think they win, if:
    1) Defense steps up
    2) Foles doesn't lose the game for them
    3) D/ST either scores or sets up a score

I hope the Jags pull it out. I'm sick of seeing Brady in the Super Bowl

    I'd love a Foles/Bortles Super Bowl

Brady supposedly has an injured hand. I don't believe anything from Brady or the Patriots.

I don't either. They're probably just having some fun with the media, maybe distract the Jags a bit.

Man the more I watch the game between the Eagles and the Falcons the more I think the Vikings are in trouble. The Link isn't some 72 degree dome.

Keenum’s passer rating is in the 80s outside vs over 100 inside. It’s gonna be cold and LOUD. I was at the divisional game vs Atlanta. The crowd was deafening at times, especially on 3rd downs.

I don’t think it’ll be some walk in the park. Philly is not an easy place to play. 8-1 this year at home (including the week 17 loss and win last week)

The NFL must be sad that three of the stating QB's this weekend are basically nobodies.
Much more glamorous if they had Wentz/Bradford and Ben/Brady match ups to promote.

They win either way I think. As much as they’d love a big matchup like that, they’re gonna promote the crap out of the David v Goliath matchup.

It's basically Brady versus the scrubs :) He has no reason to not walk away with a trophy.

    Right?
