Nice Sheet Music Shareware...

    Finale Notepad is dangerous. It had enough features to get me started but missed one or two things (like being able to insert a bar of 2/4 into a line, etc)... I downloaded the demo of Finale PrintMusic, was impressed and bought it.

    So, be very wary of Finale Notepad ;)

    On the other hand, I'm very happy with PrintMusic and don't regret it at all. The cost was about £45 from Amazon.co.uk, and I consider it a worthwhile investment. I particularly love the Jazz font that that produces band charts that really look the part :cool:
