Wow! I like it!
Truss rod, adjustable bridge, nice "conventional" shape... Even though I like his wackier basses as well, this one is really nice.
hes gettin better..
anyone else think "wal" straight away?
The main issue I have with Wish basses is the jack/volume style plate, eeek. Nice bass though. -Luke
MAN, he's gettin there!!!
i'm with ya on the jack plate. but, it kinda adds a weird specialness to his work.
my next build is gonna be a Wishnev knock off!
Yep. Thats what caught my attention. I thought this one might resonate better here, than his other designs. I'd have preferred the rear-routing option, but if that jack/vol plate was silver-plated, that would look pretty jazzy. As anyone ever played a fretted Wish?
I bet you anything he reads TB (which would be the smart thing to do). Listening to us pays off! Just look at rondomusic.com!
I still don't like the head stock
I agree Jorg. -Luke
Almost looks as good as a DP Custom!
(...did I say that out loud??!)
Yup. Body shape is still kinda odd, though. But it's definitely better.
definately an improvement. There still isn't much refinement to his body styling. I think Wish's biggest problem at this point is that he doesn't have much in teh way of artistic abilities. I'm all for strange designs, but there is a different between strange and "crude". Some suble curve shaping could really improve his designs.
