i heard him play on a few tunes, but when i heard No One Knows WOW ! what an awesome tune ! i cannot believe this song was'nt HUGE .it has it all, from soup to nuts.it amazes me how some great songs get mild play and half a$$ed reviews, while jack-asses like"I WONT MENTION ANY NAMES"get all the hipe.Sad, so so, Sad. when a song like this goes nearly hot,and songs like "So I got High"go gold.

  2. what are you talking about? new QOTSA is huge, i see there video a ton of times a week.

Umm what he said. "No One Knows" got tons of airplay when it was first released, and rightfully so. Just wait until you hear the rest of the CD; I'd rate that song as only about the fourth or fifth best on the album.

Where i live its NEVER played, let alone being "overplayed".Iguess my pathetic local stations still insist on playing the same 10 songs from the same 10 bands. If i was hearing them on the radio,i would'nt have written this thread. Obviously i dont hear much of them, which is why i did this.A-DUH.:D

If you dig the QOTSA, check out their first "Self Titled" album. IMO, it is their best work although Songs For The Deaf is damn good. I'm a big fan of the band and am looking forward to seeing them again this Saturday at Lollapalooza...

I'm pissed. I saw that two of my favorite bands, QOTSA and A Perfect Circle were both playing Lollapalooza and I couldn't wait to get tickets. Then I learned that APC is *filling in* for QOTSA for all of the shows near where I live. You get one or the other. Life is not fair. Somebody should fix that.
