Nitrocellulous Lacquer in Peavey bass finish?

    I have a Millenium AC BXP 5 string in trans black, and a Fury VI in trans red.

    Do any of these have nitrocellulous lacquer in their finish? I bought a stand that has foam on it that will react with it.

    Probably not. Nitro has a very distinct odor.

    Most likely it is a polyurethane finish. Go to the Peavey Forums and ask. They will tell you right away.
