Here in the UK, or in sheffield at least, in a lot of music shops there are loads of Precision and Jazz copies, all with blank headstocks. they are all fender shaped. Ive asked around(in shops) and they said they are made by "the no name bass company".

anyone have any experience with these basses?

www.com i imagine? or maybe www.co.uk. i mean, they've got no name, what else could it be?
  5. We had a local builder that used Fender style components for his intruments. The store that carried them told me that they had a deal with him to carry them and always put them in their consignment area. Is it possible that they are something like that? Warmoth carries everything you need to build a Fender style guitar.

It's believed in a lot of other forums I have been to, that the no name bass & guitars are made by SX and the likes.
