No sound

    i recently bought a used sterling by bassman ray 5 but it had a lot of cosmetic issues so i took everything appart to fix the cosmetic issues and have it painted.... the only think i removed completely was the pickups and the battery cables...... when i finished and everything was dry a conected everything back and now i have no sound..... any ideas?

    1st be sure the battery is hot.
    Next check jack connections real well.
    Be sure system ground 'makes'.
    Re- check pickup connections.
    Check battery pigtail for continuity.
