My MIMJ is humming like crazy from the bridge position pick up, and it's driving me nuts.
I am seriously contemplating changing them but was wondering if the addition of
a noise suppressor/gate pedal will help get rid of this?

    HELP !!!

I have the same problem as Barfly. I have an Epiphone T-bird, a Hartke 3500, Peavey 410TXF and a SansAmp BD DI. Between the tone control of my bass, the treble of the amp and the BD, and the Peavey tweeter, I get a nasty hizzing sound. (even when they're not really cranked up) I can control the hizz by turning the tweeter, the treble and the tone control down, but then I don't get nice and crisp highs.

Would a Noise Suppressor like the one from BOSS help me solve that problem????

    Please Help us...
