I am an idiot so I don't know how to hyperlink to it, but I did a quick demo on the Nordstrand sc that I just shipped out- again, since I am said idiot and I was in a hurry, i goofed and the drums are on the right side, but it might be cool because you can pan to hear just the bass on the left side- you get the idea of how these basses sound- the link is on this page. http://accessbass.com/nordstrandinfo.html Check it out - peace! Adrian
Super!!!, Adrian. I'm sure Jeff is salivating. BTW, the bass pictured underneath the link isn't a "single cut."
oh, man! come on! hey, i learned from " Learn to Play bass with the Ventures" !! no lie! my first bass method! anyways, it was just to give an idea what it sounds like... thanks for the kind words, fellas...
NO WAY!!!! I should have paid a little more attention I was given a Harmony Short Scale bass from Sears (that had been rescued from the trash can of a neighbor), an early 70's Ampeg fliptop (with supernova glow tubes and bad caps) and the Ventures "Learn to Play" book and record by my Grandfather for my Birthday in 1980. As always, your playing is great! I'll buy a solo disk of yours when you put one out too. Hman, that's a smokin bass! Cool top.
Merci , Ari!! i recorded onto protools le- 2 tracks of bass with no added eq, and a loop that is supposed to be in stereo, but i'm a dummy ! must have muted half of it when i converted to mp3- i deleted the session and of course the bass was sold so i was left with the drums on one side, but its cool because you can pan and hear just the bass and then add drums... just for a quick idea-
